He began his professional career in 1991 as equity trader and then fixed income and currencies at Santander Vida Insurance Company. In 1997 he joined Bankers Trust Chile, today Deutsche Bank, as head of Fixed Income. In 2001 he assumed as Local Currency Manager at Banco BICE, overseeing the bank's balance in pesos and UF. In 2004, he joined Celfin Capital, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the trading desk for fixed income products, currencies and derivatives. Among other achievements, he formed the DCM area at Celfin, leading the placement of more than 20 bonds, for an aggregate amount of more than US$3,000 million. Partner at MFO Advisors since 2013.

He began his professional journey in 2002 as the CFO of Bancard, where he spent more than 4 years. Subsequently, he persued an MBA at Harvard Business School. In 2008, joined Celfin Capital initially serving as manager of real estate funds. By 2009, he assumed the roles of Investment Manager and General Manager at Celfin Asset Management, where his responsibilities included investment strategies and asset allocation for investment funds and clients. Between 2011 and 2014, he contributed to the public sector by serving in the Government as the Executive Coordinator of State Modernization. This position operated under the Ministry General Secretariat of the Presidency, and during his tenure, he played a pivotal role in establishing the ChileAtiende network and other initiatives. Subsequently, from 2018 to 2020, he transitioned into an advisory role for the President. During this period, he led the public policy team at the Presidential Advisory Office in La Moneda, as well as presidential manager for the modernization of the State. She began her professional career in 2002, initially serving as Local Equity Trader at AFP Santa María. Later, she assumed the role of Equity Portfolio Manager at Citigroup, overseeing both local and international funds. Between 2005 to 2007, she held the position of General Manager at IM Trust Administradora General de Fondos, spearheading the creation and launch of various mutual funds. In 2007, she transitioned to Celfin Capital, initially taking on the role of Investment Strategist and later ascending to the position of Investment Director at BTG Pactual Wealth Management following the merger of the two companies. In 2017, she joined the Toesca Asset Management team, where she became a Partner and assumed responsibilities as Manager of International Investments and Strategy. His professional journey started in 1994 in the Finance department of Entel, and later at Fepasa. In 1997, he joined Banco Santander as a Private Banking Executive, where he would later become part of the Corporate Banking area and undergo a trainee program in London. During his time at the bank, he played a key role in establishing the Wealth Management business, taking on responsibilities that included managing high-net-worth clients. In 2007, he pursued a Master's in Finance at Macquarie University Sydney, Australia. Upon completing his studies, he returned to Chile and joined Celfin Capital, now known as BTG Pactual Chile, where he assumed the role of Investment Advisor specializing in Wealth Management clients. He began his professional career at Arthur Andersen in the tax and legal advisory field. Over the course of 7 years at Santander Investment, now Santander GBM, he spearheaded numerous bond issuances, surpassing a cumulative total of US$5.000 million, and managed syndicated loans exceeding US$2.000 million in both domestic and international markets. In 2011, he became part of Celfin Capital, today known as BTG Pactual Chile, where he assumed leadership of the family offices coverage area and provided financial guidance to clients in wealth management. He began his professional career in 1994 in the risk analysis department of Banco BICE, where he later transitioned to Corporate Banking. In 1996, he became a part of Banco Santander, where he spent 13 years. During that period, he served as an executive in Corporate Banking and as a sub-manager in the same division. Between 1999 and 2002, he worked at the New York branch of Banco Santander, focusing on Latin American syndicated loans and Corporate Banking. Upon returning to Chile, he joined private banking with responsibilities in managing high-net-worth clients. In October 2009, he joined IM Trust, now Credicorp Capital Chile, as a senior investment advisor for Private Banking clients. In March 2012, he was appointed Commercial Manager of Private Banking.
