We are a Multi Family Office that offers personalized wealth solutions to high net worth families and institutions. Since our foundation in 2013, our only activity has been independent wealth and financial advice. We actively support our clients in terms of investment decision making and tax, accounting and legal aspects.

Rafael Ariztía Correa
Board Chairman

He began his professional activity in 2002 as CFO of Bancard, where he spent more than 4 years. Subsequently completed an MBA at Harvard Business School. In 2008, joined Celfin Capital as Manager of Real Estate Funds and then assumed in 2009, as Investment Manager and General Manager of Celfin Asset Administration, having among his responsibilities the investment strategies and asset allocation for investment funds and clients. Between 2011 and 2014 he served in the Government as Executive Coordinator of Modernization of the State, dependent on the Ministry General Secretariat of the Presidency, from where he led the creation of the ChileAtiende network, among other initiatives. Subsequently, between 2018 and 2020, he was an advisor to the President of the Republic and head of the public policy team of the Presidential Advisory Office in La Moneda, as well as presidential manager for the modernization of the State. He has been columnist for Diario Financiero and T13 Radio. Partner of MFO Advisors since 2013.
Rafael holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. MBA at Harvard Business School

Katherine Boragk Doniez
Director

Her professional career began in 2002 as a Local Equity Desk Operator at AFP Santa María and later as Equity Portfolio Manager at Citigroup, managing local and international funds. Between 2005 and 2007 she was General Manager of IM Trust Administradora General de Fondos in charge of the creation and launch of various mutual funds. In 2007, she joined Celfin Capital as Strategy Manager to later become Investment Director of BTG Pactual Wealth Management after the merger of both companies. In 2017, she joined the Toesca Asset Management team as Partner and Manager of International Investments and Strategy. Partner of MFO Advisors since 2018.

Juan Andrés Fontaine
Director

He has a long career as an associate professor of Economics at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Universidad de Chile. He has also served as Visiting Professor at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), in the United States. He has participated as an associate researcher at the Centro de Estudios Públicos (CEP) and advisor of the Instituto Libertad y Desarrollo. He served as Minister of Economy, Development and Tourism between March 2010 and July 2011 and between June and October 2019; and as Minister of Public Works between March 2018 and June 2019.
